Simplifies every employers online application process.

JobsPipeline.com simplifies the online application experience, works with or independent of an employer’s current ATS, and improves results and satisfaction levels for both Employers and Job Seekers.

Mitton Media® has been providing turn-key recruitment advertising solutions to employers for over 25 years.

No matter the industry or number of positions needing to be filled, our consultants kept noticing a number of common problems associated with the online application process:

  • Difficult to accurately track candidate response
    • Employer’s in-house IT situation, corporate website security protocols, etc.
  • Candidates didn’t know how to correctly spell employer’s name
    • Fluor, Technip, AMEC Foster Wheeler, Aker Kvaerner, etc.
  • URL addresses that were too long and/or confusing to be easily remembered:
    • skilledtradeconstructionjobsintheamerikas.com/careers/projectmanagers.
  • A convoluted online application process
    • Required special “Psychic” abilities to navigate Career page
    • Candidates did not want to play “Guess the Keywords
    • Dropped out of the process before completing application

Mitton Media knew employers were looking for a more efficient and effective way of capturing completed online applications. So we went out and built it: JobsPipeline.com.

JobsPipeline.com is NOT a high-volume job board.

JobsPipeline.com is a mobile-friendly website, designed and launched by Mitton Media, to fulfill a single purpose:

  • To provide a simple, easy to remember, URL address platform employers could insert in any type of recruitment advertising messaging in order to facilitate candidate response and simplify the initial online application experience.

Mitton Media took it one step further and decided to give employers their own “landing page” instead of a traditionally formatted “job posting.” This helps give employers the space they need to establish emotional connections with prospective applicants, something they can’t do when confined to the limitations of a sterile, fact-based job posting. “Facts” serve only to inform. “Emotional connection” is what makes the difference in reaching and engaging higher quality applicants.

JobsPipeline.com was not designed to attract hundreds of thousands of visitors every week. The reason is simple. It is part of our customers pre-qualifying process. Why waste time attracting the masses when you only want to meet a select group of people who possess the skill-sets you need to get the job done? Visitor traffic to JobsPipeline.com is driven by the employer’s own hiring message. The call to action within the message is that candidates need to go to JobsPipeline.com and click on the employer’s logo, which then begins the candidate’s application process.

As reported by employers like AMEC Foster Wheeler and Waste Management, who have been using JobsPipeline.com since the initial launch in August, 2015, the success of the site speaks for itself:

  • Saving employers time & money JobsPipeline.com helps pre-qualify candidates.
  • Providing an improved candidate reach and engagement experience
  • Increase in the number of completed online applications received
  • Increase in the conversion rate for applications received
  • Streamlined and enhanced applicant response tracking metrics
  • An effective platform for General Hiring, Public/Private Hiring Events and Job Fairs, etc.
    • Crafts, CDL Drivers & Mechanics, Professional, Hourly, and Seasonal
  • Effective for a few specialized positions or, when needed, Mass Hiring initiatives
  • A strengthened “Employer-of-Choice” brand message
  • A distinct competitive edge over other employers in the same area battling for similar skill-set groups
